Returning a product from a customer involves a number of activities that need to be carried out once the package has been received. With Way2Send, you will identify the original order that has been returned, be able to add a comment to it (e.g. in the form of a description of the condition of the returned product), as well as upload photos to confirm the actions performed.

Taking the goods into stock or returning them to the customer

Processing a return does not end the process. It is important to decide what to do next with the goods in question. You basically have only two options:

  • accept the goods and put them back on sale
  • send the returned goods back to the customer (e.g. in cases where you can see that the ordered garment has been worn).
